Here is how you can lose weight
 
Before you get up in the morning lay very still and relax. Keep your eyes close and visualize circles circling  all over. Do this for at least two minutes for each part of your body. What you are doing is jump starting your metabolism. Your brain can control your body you just have to know how to command it. You will start to feel energized. Do it over and over for as long as you want. Eating salad can help but isn't necessary. So that's it. It will work fast if you do it right.
